OP. DR. BARIS CAKIR

He was born in Adana in south of Turkey. After Cukuorova
Electrical Technic High School he started Cukurova
University faculty of Medical
Sciences in 1993.While
studying in technical high school he worked in “hand
ability development studios” by 4 years. That’s way
after finishing Medical Science he decided to select a
surgery section which can give chance to use hand
ability.
He started “Plastic Reconstuructive and Aesthetic
Surgery” education in Kartal Education and Research
Hospital in 1999.He continued his works on “Micro
Surgery” one of the difficult section of Surgery. He
operated aproximately 500 “Micro Surgery operations in
the period of education in Kartal Hospital. He worked on
“fingertip snap” in children. He improved a new “vessel
stitch technique” while working, and he prepared his
thesis on this topic.
 He
represent his new stitch technique in 2004 International
Plastic, Reconstuructive and Aesthetic Surgery Congress,
and by this workshop he gained primary award “Assistance
Announcement Competition” in experimental section.
He worked on muscle repairment in Lip Split which
cauesed by natal anomaly. And muscle stitch technique
which improved by Dr. CAKIR, gained a primary award on
“Assistance Announcement Competition” in experimental
section.
In the year of 2004 he worked with Dr.Serdar EREN from
MediaPARK Clinic in Köln\GERMANY. During his Assistance
Education he had 11 international, 8 national articles
and 9 verbal presentations in national congress.
After his specialization, for more succesive results he
interested in Sculpture Art and Art History. He studied
“sculpture” in Fine Arts Faculty of Süleyman Demirel
University.He continued his sculpture education in İnönü
University in Malatya.Nowadays he continue his sculpture
and pattern\design educaiton in Mimar Sinan University.
He is still working in “Easthetic Surgery and Antiaging
Center” in 4. Levent-ISTANBUL
